TOW double XP outside a stage?

Hi can people let me know if I can get double xp for completing routes outside of a TOW stage?

No.
You get double XP (40xp/km) only for the event.
When you finish the event and keep riding you get normal XP (20xp/km)

Thanks for the reply, I take it that route badge completion xp also doesn’t double outside the TOW stage either?

That I don’t know.
But I guess only the 20xp/km (or 30xp/mi) is doubled.
