Hello I completed stage 2 “Hell of the North” and it’s not giving me a credit for that stage? Any ideas why it was not picked up and awarded?
Your 2nd image shows you doing a workout which may well have affected things.
Did you select it from the routes menu at the top of the screen or via the tour de zwift tile?

Looks like you might have accidentally steered off course. This is the full route you should have taken.
Consider disabling your Intersection Control setting in the future when you wish to follow a set route.

Yeah kind of hate that, if you make a turn, even a couple of U turns to go back and join someone and carry on it stuffs the entire route ride. I don’t have steering so its impossible to make an accidental turn. The other thing to watch out for is going through a banner that happens to be close to the finish but isn’t actually the finish, you do a U turn to go back down the hill for some extra XP’s and a cooldown only to discover you never made it to the actual finish line.

I selected the ride from the Tour de Zwift tile and did choose to take a turn so that must of been it. Lesson learned and I guess I will have to jump back on and stick to the script. Much to learn but thank you all for the feedback.
