Topeak Panabike speed and cadence sensor

Hi,
My device shows it is connected but gives error of “No Signal”.
It worked fine up until two days ago.
Can anybody assist?

Did you try to replace the sensor battery’s.

was the first thing i did.
Even checked the position of the magnets of sensor.
