Too many watts

(@ FriscoMortgageGuy.com) #1

So I have something not set up right and have submitted a ticket in for help.  I ride a super old Blackburn Trackstand (non smart) with a ANT plugged into the laptop connecting to my Garmin 520 with only cadence and HR.  I don’t have a power meter.

But I am getting flagged for high wattage and know I am not that strong.  HELP!!!

If you are not using a smart trainer then Zwift will calculate your power. It is referred as zPower.

Have a look here, this will get you going:

Thanks! Yeas, I have that all set as shown. Only, I have my ANT connected to the laptop and the photo shows using an extender to have it closer to BB?

I will try that next.
