Time and date issue when importing into Garmin Connect

Garmin Connect uses the “Island Time” and not GMT. Import into Strava is OK and shows GMT. How do I correct the time in GC? I have tried exporting the file out of Strava and importing into GC. I have used Golden Cheetah to change the time, save the file and import into GC. Still the same result.

Is there any way around this or is this a Garmin Connect issue and only they can solve it?
