I am on mac, did a 10 mile spin today, all of my electronics synced (kick, tickr, gsc-10) but the program never displayed HR during the workout. Any ideas?
I have the same problem. I have tickr hr strap (ant+ / bluetooth LE). It syncs up on the initial page, then a minute or so in, the HR drops and goes blank. I’m using it with the same ANT+ dongle that I’ve used with great success with TrainerRoad.
