After Googling this model of trainer and reading some of the reviews, I’m defaulting to this NOT being a Zwift issue but the trainer being defective - there’s a LOT of criticism of their quality control: [Thinkrider X7 Pro (Gen 3) | Zwift Insider](https://zwiftinsider.com/smart-trainer/thinkrider-x7-pro-3/)
