The mileage counter moved super slow

Hello All. I was nearing the end of a group ride; I was riding between 40-65km/hr. I had 5 km to go but seemed to take forever. The mileage counter, for ex, stayed on 4.1km for a long time. At that speed, it should have been counting down very quickly. I finally abandoned the ride and didn’t get to the finish because I didn’t know how long I’d be riding to finish the 4km. Any advice? Insight? Thanks

Hi Deborah, sorry for the delayed response. This issue is usually caused by the Zwift app losing access to the internet and/or our servers. You can always take a look at status.Zwift.com to check if our servers are down. You can improve internet stability on your end by turning your modem off and on at least once a month (I personally do this weekly). Additionally, if you can connect the platform running Zwift to your internet with an Ethernet cable, that can improve the connection.
