As I am riding workouts I very often fail the star or half-fail. After all I have no idea what I did wrong and how should I train to make it better. Recently I had a workout with hi-lows at 500W and 175W and I failed most of the 175W segments and none of the 500W riding on ERG mode. No idea why and what was the reason? Too low or too high wattage? Wrong cadence? So any summary to read after Workout would be helpful to train smarter.
Yes, too low or too high. It tells you when you are going too strong or too weak. It will tell you the wrong cadence, but you won’t be penalized for it.
