When I finished this mornings Stage 2 I pressed save and Zwift immediately shut down on my mac with the ride not uploading to Strava, I found the ride in a folder Activities, there are 2, one with today’s date and one called InProgressActivity.fit Is it safe to delete the inprogress one now I’ve uploaded it to Zwift or do I just leave it?
Yes.
It is safe in the sense Zwift will never upload/use any of these files post-ride.
On the other hand, there is no real reason to remove any of these files… they can actually be useful if you want to examine your ride in the future (using some other tool than Zwift’s activity feed.)
