So the code for the Tacx kit is “gotacx” but it will not hold in my settings. Any thoughts? In other words, if I do that before the ride it is there, but after it’s over and I come back, the kit is not in my personalization area.

Tried it, and have the same - the code is accepted, you get into the Tacx jersey, but after logging out it disappears, and there is no Tacx jersey listed. Other codes did work - so it seems to be Tacx specific.
