Tacx T8000 Neo Bike Smart - 4.5.0 beta still available?

Hi everyone,
I’m having significant issues with my Tacx T8000 Neo Bike Smart when riding in ERG mode. The power and resistance are quite unstable and usually much lower than the prescribed values. I’ve seen reports that the beta firmware 4.5.0 improves ERG mode, but I can’t get the Tacx app to install it.

According to this Tacx support article:

I used the provided link, and it does open the Tacx Training App, but when I select my Neo Bike, no firmware update is offered. It’s currently on version 0.0.46, and choosing “Update firmware” doesn’t show any newer version or the beta, even when launched through the link.

Does anyone know how to access the beta update? Is there another link available?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sven, This link opens online Tacx Training App, Not Shopping up any new Firmware. Do you have any other link?
