Can someone tell me which trainer i must select to use all spec’s of my trainer?

The Tacx Neo is a smart trainer. All you need to do is select it from the Controllable Trainer pop up and Zwift will use the Neo as your Power Source and automatically control the resistance.
Is there any reason that the controllable trainer says it is connected (gives me the choice to “unpair”) but then will not give me the pop out menu? I had to go to the “not named here” version and then the power reading was waaaay out. Can you help?
