System crashed (after 47,7 km)

Riding “the Big Ring” (48,9 km), the system crashed after 47,7 km. Frustrating for just 1 km left. Is there any possibilities to consider achieved this ride, with the attached photos? Thanks

What device are you running Zwift on?

Hi Steve. Companion.

Companion crashed but not the game app? That shouldn’t have any effect on you being able to complete the ride or save it.

Can you explain further?

The game app frozen too as for companion with the screen blocked on the photo I had attached. Thanks for your help.

Hi Steve, I just have seen that the ride has correctly registered and uploaded in my account (see photo) so I’d consider that the issue should be resolved. Many thanks for your help

If you want to share details about what you are running the game on (what kind of hardware) I may be able to suggest changes that could prevent it from happening again.

Hi Paul and thanks first of all. For this ride I had both companion and the game on (this one on the PC) and connected with Bluetooth. It has happened that at the same time the system froze permanently. So it has been impossible to finish the ride even if after about 1 hour I’ve seen that it had been registered and uploaded in my account (stopped at 47 km). Any suggestions? Thanks

Tell me more about the PC: what’s the CPU and GPU in it? Screenshots of the system and display tabs in the Windows DXDIAG app would answer everything.

Here enclosed the report

The Asus Vivobook X509JA has a 10th generation Intel CPU and integrated graphics. For a system like that the first things I would do is install the latest video driver downloaded directly from the Intel website:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html

And go into Zwift settings and disable Video Screenshots.
