Swift running workouts showing corrupt details

I have been using an iPad Pro 3rd gen with ios16.2 paired to a Domyos Run100E which has been running absolutely until last week and now when I go to select a run workout all the workouts are corrupted. I have tried deleting Zwift and reinstalling but I get the same corrupted workouts.

Has anyone else experienced this and know how to resolve this?

thank you

It’s a common issue. I think the solution was to uninstall Zwift but then remove the system files which don’t get removed.

Then install again.

How would that work on an iPad?

Factory reset the device?

Hi @Paul_Southworth

To uninstall the app on iPad, you should be able to press and hold on the Zwift app icon, it should give you a couple of options, one of which is to uninstall the app. You can uninstall that way. Then go back to the App store and reinstall the app. You won’t need to worry about any other files as on mobile devices when you uninstall the app, it will remove all relevant files.
