Suspending a 12 month subscription

I am 6 weeks into an annual subscription and will be out of action for the next 5 weeks. I would like to suspend the membership for the period that I will be unable to use Zwift. I can see some Q&A for month by month subscribers but not for an annual plan. Is it possible to pause the plan? How do I do that and how do I reactivate it in 5 weeks? Thanks
