How long does it take support to respond to an email? I’ve got an ongoing issue with a ride that completed Stage 3 of TDZ and generated the automatic completion email but has not logged as being complete elsewhere in Zwift. Getting on for almost four days since I raised the issue.
Most times they do answer - eventually - though it does, on occasion, takes time (I’ve had responses delayed by two weeks…)
Obviously, given the number of (new…) Zwifters, their hands are full.
