Second ride under the latest update. Zwift completely shut down with no error messages, warnings, or flags 30 minutes into a group ride. It was like the process was killed. Windows 11.64 bit OS. Never seen this behavior in 3+ years on the platform. PC was fine, and Zwift started right back up afterwards. The ride is captured right up to the moment it shut down…
You are not alone Alan, many of us crashed today at around 30 mins.
I’ve had this a few times recently, rebuilt Windows 11 on my gaming laptop a week ago its been okay since. It also happened pre update.
Did you look at your crash logs to identify what caused the crash?
I noticed strange warning and error message as well as a chat log from a Zwift ID 2375700 (I guess that’s some system account?). All messages are not readable so I truncated them. If there is an ZHQ email I can send the full log.

[7:45:12] ERROR: ZwiftApp Crashed
I’ll check the logs this evening and see if there is something similar.
Same thing, minus the “ZwiftApp Crashed” line on my iPad at the very tail end of the log.
I checked my error logs after HSRL last night and did have a memory leak error from Zwift about 15 minutes before getting booted. Here is the log entry
