Subscriptions Service maintenance Affected to my account

Hi Zwift team,

Please help, I paid my membership for zwift on 23 Feb, and I was not aware of the maintenance before.
The cost is charged to my card, but I checked on zwift apps and the membership page, and my account status still shows a “trial expired” message. I try to chat but the live chat service also not available, I try to email support but no response as well. I attached the image for transaction details on my card.
