Subscription through apple

I have a subscription through apple, but on the app on apple tv it says I don’t have a subscription.
Tried logging out and in, but it doesn’t work

This is typical, is there a button somewhere to “renew subscription” when in the game? If not, contact support.zwift.com

If at all possible, don’t pay through apple and switch to directly paying through Zwift.
