Subscription not recognised

My subscription is not recognised - it keeps telling me that my trial has expired. I have rebooted my Apple TV - reinstalled the app - still the same issue.

This has to be a bug. And I am seeing in blogs that I am not the only one. Please can you help me to sort this out. Very frustrating!

Been a while since I’ve used AppleTV but when you first load up the app (before clicking on your name to log in) there should be a “restore my purchases” link near the bottom left of the screen IIRC.
