I see you added the ability for user to build workouts. Beta looks quite good and user friendly.
I had a question on some of the pre loaded workouts, and whether they are built correct. For example the one below is labeled FTP workout, but it is a brutal VO2 max workout (with a 318 FTP, not sure I could do this, especially 4 10 minute blocks at 115% of FTP). Seems like there are many instances like this. Can you comment? Thanks
