Hi, I’m trying to do the ftp builder at my own pace and cannot find a similar exercise to the “strength” workout in that plan. Otherwise it seems like most of the other exercises are available individually. Any recommendations? Google said the “Sir Chris Hoy” workout might work.
Go to the Workout section, then “Collections”, the “Sprinting” and you will find several similar workouts or you can just go back and do the “Strength” workout again as often as you like.
