Strava not synced

Hi, my Zwift and Strava are linked but my 17km ride (my first on my Zwift account) hasn’t uploaded. I’ve used Strava loads before with my garmin watch and can’t work out why this hasn’t synced. Could it be because I did this ride before linking my Strava account? In which case, when I do my next ride will this one also appear? Many thanks

You can download the .fit file from my.zwift.com and manually upload to Strava.
