Can’t see how they can take it further. Most people are not interested. I had an Elite Sterzo and after a dozen rides or so I sold it once the novelty wore off. Unless they add braking and collision detection I can’t see how steering can genuinely affect gameplay. Also turning the bars on the spot just doesn’t feel natural. You don’t turn the bars like that when you steer - you lean.

Would prefer some sort of handlebar mounted controls rather than physically turning the bars myself.
FWIW I have never experienced this. It must be a combination of bike geometry, foot length and cleat position. Small adjustments to road position don’t need much wheel deflection.
