Very recently (July 26) the steering actioned through the play controllers has become super sensitive. Just a small blip on the control is enough to make the avatar swerve from the group to the extremity of travel. When trying to move into the bunch the avatar bounces wildly off other riders. This did not use to happen, has anyone else experienced this?
is this on the new Paris roads? I’ve seen it reported already, seems to be an issue with the new roads.
I’ve also had this happen today on the new Paris roads - was strange seeing riders bounce off each other
Yes, I’ve had exactly this on the new Paris roads. Not all the time though, so it might be only in certain places?
I am experiencing the exact same extreme steering sensitivity and wild bouncing with my Zwift clicks. I am noticing this erratic behavior particularly on the new Paris routes.
I haven’t noticed this on Road to Sky / Temple Trek routes which are the ones I mainly ride.
This appears to be only on the new Paris roads.
I wonder if this affects steering with devices like the Rizer as well. Since I have not been indoors on Zwift on a while and came back for the TdF event the touchy steering may have been the map. Annoying that an analog input is so sensitive. Noticeable after being outside for a while.
