I mainly use a tacx smart trainer, but recently bought the tacx galactia rollers, whats the best way to get the info into Zwift? and would the sensors feed directly into strava if I’m at  buddies and not running Zwift? thanks!! ride on!

I’d go with ANT+ speed, cadence and heart-rate monitor Travis. You don’t say if you use a head-unit, like a Garmin?

Strava is not ‘live’ like Zwift, you would upload your data after your session to Strava.

Thanks Paul, I do not use any head unit.

I use dumb rollers and just bought the Garmin ANT+ dongle and a ten foot USB extension cable from Amazon to feed my sensors to Zwift (and later to upload to Strava). I do however use a Garmin Edge 500. Sensors are Garmin HR strap, and Giant RideSense cadence and speed or Garmin cadence and speed on the backup bike.
