Show hourly / daily limits on challenges

On challenges like “Factory Tour” where there is a hourly / daily limit to how much we can progress the challenge, please show that progression so that we can shift our activities to a different challenge if we want to. An in-game pop-up message when hitting a limit would be nice as well.

I just hit lvl 40 recently, so I started the Factory Tour challenge for the snazzy socks. But I know I’m “throwing away” in-game time because I don’t know when I’ve maxed out my progress “bar” for the hour or day. I’d like to max out that progress and then switch over to either the Everest challenge and work on my Tron bike or to one of the “Tour of” challenges. But since I can’t tell when I’ve maxed out Factory Tour for the day, I just leave it there because that’s the challenge I’m focusing on and don’t want to stop early by accident.

Please add this information to the game so that we can efficiently allocate / split our efforts and maximize progression.

Thanks

How often are you averaging over 4wkg for an hour? Or doing 5 hours in a day at 3wkg?

Hmm, didn’t think the cut-offs were that high

That’s even more reason to show the cut-offs, can be something to brag about “I filled up the daily max on Factory Tour!!”.

Regardless, it would still be nice to see just to know.

From the Zwift Insider article about cutoffs -

  • You can earn up to 4 Power Units per hour. (This limit resets at the top of the hour, so in theory you could ride at 4 W/kg for one hour, then sprint at 10 W/kg for 24 minutes and earn a total of 8 power units in 84 minutes. Good luck!)
  • You can earn a total of 15 Power Units per activity. If you save your ride/run and start a new activity, this counter is reset.
