Like a lot of people here I own a fitness watch (Polar Vantage M). The watch gives me a lot of data on a daily basis (recovery, training load, nightly recharge,etc…)
I wonder how people use it? Do you believe everything the watch says? For example if it says “you’re overtraining” are you going to skip a workout even if you were supposed to train?
Do you decide only by the way you feel? Are you listening exactly what the datas say?
I’d be interested to hear your opinions / advices.
