Does anybody know what gets eliminated in the cyclist to 10k plan if the plan is shortened to the maximum allowable? I’d check myself, but have to exit the current zwift run 101 plan to do so.
I want to do the cyclist to 10k plan, however, the first 3 weeks don’t have enough faster intervals in them and seem like a lot of base I already have. I’m curious if the plan gets shortened, if they eliminate some of the earlier weeks. I’m leaning towards the 13.1 plan, but that’s on the other end of the spectrum for the early interval work which I see as a little to high for myself. And yes, I know I can just change my pace accordingly, I just want to know what changing the flexible training plan duration actually does.
