Scream loading issues and program shutting down

My screen looked like this on my ride this morning. I tried closing the program and restarting 5 times. I even restarted my computer each time. I decided to ride and part way through the program shutdown all together. This is the second time it had done that. Any ideas on why?

You’ll need to give us a lot more info about your setup. Full specs of your device that runs Zwift.
