Satori Smart t2400 - no rpm

sorry for my bad english :slight_smile:

i need your support; i have a Tacx Satori Smart T2400, latest firmware installed on; when i power on zwift on my iPad (air 2), it connects my trainer; i start my training session, watt/kph are ok, but rpm after 2 minutes doesnt work… it says zero or 1, and sometimes it shows me right rpm but only for 2 or 3 seconds.

if i use other apps (always on my ipad), rpm works , i have this kind of problem only with Zwift app.

Any idea about?
