Hi.
I have problems with Runn, when I run at a speed of 10Km/h or higher, often, while I’m running, the speed goes to zero and after about 10 seconds it goes back to the correct speed.
If I run at a speed of 8Km/h the problem does not occur.
I use a desktop PC with Windows 11, the problem occurs with both ANT and Bluetooth.
The battery was dead, I changed it but the problem was not solved.
Any advice?
Thank you

Try adjusting the height of the Runn in the cradle. It can be very sensitive.

Also check that your stickers are placed appropriately.

What is the ideal height?

There isn’t in reality. It varies from treadmill to treadmill.
Experimenting is best.
