I have just bought a Runn I had it working fine through my Android phone but just can’t get it to work with my AppleTV 4K. It will pair but once I try starting a run the aviator stays still. I have tried calibrating it via the app but it just shows 0kph regardless of the speed the treadmill is moving.I have also tried using the companion app but that won’t pair with the runn.
and the strangest thing is I have just tried again and it worked…
occasionally I find a reboot of the Runn via the NPE companion app helps in these kinds of situations. It’s a good device, but it’s not perfect.

Sorry to read about the connectivity issues you have been facing in getting your devices paired.
I see that your account is new and I couldn’t see which version of the game and Zwift Companion app you currently have.
Keep in mind that Apple TV only allows 2 Bluetooth device connections including the control of Apple TV in the Zwift game, so if you want to connect more devices the ZC app should work in this case.

Thanks for all the tips.I reset the Runn using the ConfigurEZ app and now I have been able to connect zwift. I will check if the companion app works tomorrow.
