Run training plan workout scheduling / timing

I’m trying out a run training plan, but a little confused on timings.

Having done the first “prep” tempo run, it now tells me the next run is available today at “16:26” (very specific?) - seems to be precisely 24hrs after I completed the previous one… a shame as I had hoped to do it this morning.

I also see my first “week 1” run is available “Mon Night” - now I’ve read the Zwift training weeks always start on Mondays, but I’m not sure it’s ideal to be starting in the evening/night (ie. effectively means it starts on a Tuesday morning, which would be odd). Is this a timezone bug (I’m in the UK)?
