Rubbish Subscription Process

I re-subscribed to Zwift via my iPhone, which is how I originally subscribed. According the IOS App Store, my subscription renews July 26, and is currently active.

However, according to the Zwift website my account renews July 1, and my rider will not move in app with my Bluetooth connected bike.

I have re-downloaded the app and signed back in ensuring the account is the same as on other devices; no fix.

Why is this simple process so complicated?

Are you getting any warnings in game that your subscription isn’t active?

It could be that your lack of movement is unconnected to your subscription.
