Route chaser was billed as active from May 12th till July 6th [today] so I bit the bullet and selected the last [and longest] route “Spiral into the Volcano” [ I’m 75 and usually do 1hr 30m sessions] to collect the 750XP [3000 XP off the next level with my enhanced levelling up] 2 hours 49m later I got to the top of the volcano, tired & expecting to see my level ribbon jump forward to Level 108 and … NOTHING ! Very disappointing. So I saved the session [first this week] I I can’t recall seeing the Streak 500XP either. I then went back to the “Route Chaser screen to see if the last ride had been ticked off, but all i got was three white route panels with grey data areas and no data - just empty panels.[ I have the screen-shot ] I then exited swift and re-launched it to find that Route Chaser no-longer visible. Can you please explain what has happened & restore the missing points - Thank you Best Regards Paul

Route Chaser Volcano ended at 06:59 UTC this morning.
It looks like you completed the route after this but I’ve given you credit it for it anyway.

Re Ended at 06:59 UTC that’s a bit confusing as ‘May 12th till July 6th’ is understood [ in the UK] as the 6th is the last day i.e. till Midnight on the 6th local time. May I respectfully suggest/request that some clarification be posted regarding a) what the end date really means & b) that the route MUST be completed before this cut-off. - THANK YOU & Ride-On

Paul - Completely understand.
As a company based in California, the quest ended at midnight Pacific Time, however obviously this is different for you (and me) and it only shows the date that the quest ends, but not the time.
Your suggestion has been heard and is feedback I have provided previously but requires more work.

To you in California, do you read that as finishing [must be completed by] end of the 5th because I read that as end of the 6th - I think [hope but they’ll soon tell me if its not the case] that in UK those dates are read as inclusive. Given that we are hours ahead of CA the 6th finishes in UK long before it does in CA

I am trying to say that it displays as July 6th, because it does end on July 6th, but still relatively early in the morning because of how the quest was configured.
So the only safe bet is to complete the quest before the last date stated
