I just completed the London Prudential Full course and didnt receive the relevant badge.
This has happened several times before on other routes. Has anyone an idea of what is going on?
PRL full worked for me, no issues at all. What banner did you stop riding at? The route finishes at the sprint banner after 174km, not the PRL banner you cross 11 times.
I went through the sprint banner and kept on till I hit 178km
Looking at your profile it looks like only part of the ride was saved. It also look like it took 23hours, maybe the app timed out.
