Riding record don't sync correct

hi everyone, i have rided on road to sky, and level up to 7, but now i into zwift next find my level is 6,total record don’t have the road to sky, zwift commpain have this reccord, what’s the problem.

It sound like you had Zwift open on multiple devices.

That’s true, and I’ll keep an eye on it in the future, but can the record ever be recovered?
