All parts of the game work well, except the settings option in the ride menu. When selected, the app shuts down.
I have done complete uninstall, deleted all files etc. updated windows (10) reinstall zwift. No luck.
This sounds like the sort of thing that will be best handled by submitting a support request at Contact Us - Official Zwift Support | Zwift. We’ll be able to look at the issue a lot closer and see if there’s anything in your setup that could be contributing to the crashes.
