Rider Strength Report

I still didn’t receive my Rider Strength Report.
When can i except to receive this ?

Sorry, you didn’t get the rider to report in your email after wrapping up all the stages of the Baseline. No worries though, I’m here to help!

To figure out what happened with that missing email, can you follow these steps:

  • Simply update your email preferences.
  • We recommend double-checking you’re subscribed to emails prior to completing the campaign to receive your performance emails.
  • If you’re not subscribed to emails, you won’t receive your email and it can’t be resent.

Don’t forget to check your spam or junk mail folder if you’re subscribed to emails and not seeing your Rider Strength Report.

If it’s not working or you can’t locate it, just shoot us a ticket at support@zwift.com.

Thank you for quick response.
I checked everything before starting the camp hence this was written to us before starting the camp. I just now checked spam folder but no rider strength report.
I hope to receive the report.
