Ride leaders able to remove riders from events

I’d like to see ride leaders being able to remove flyers from events. For rides like the AHDR and Espresso that start as group rides and have a race at the end, it is annoying for everyone else when riders go off the front well before race start. Riders also don’t know sometimes if they are chasing a flyer, or another legitimate racer.

I’d also like to see a distance indicator that lets me know when sprint segments are about to start, as I never seem to be able to time the start of the sprint correctly! That should be an easy one!

Kicking (can rejoin as usual) and banning (cannot rejoin) would be handy for misbehaving and/or corrosive participants. You cannot do anything about them as instant remedy, as it currently is.
