And the other riders can’t see me but I can see them….im trying to reboots the network and update the iOS version but it didn’t work….please help me ~ I have group ride to lead

iPad and tacx neo 2T , everything was perfect until I got the email from Zwift. It said my payment had problem ( I paid by using VPN to another country) but it won’t affect my membership, it still has about 6 month to expire : (

Based on the various reports, it does sound like there’s a problem but I don’t know what it is. Someone like @shooj would probably need to escalate it.
