I think it would be awesome to be able to ride F1 tracks on Zwift. Not only would it be fun and great tracks, there are so many potential options and customisation tools.

I sent the below to the Zwift team and they are considering it but suggested I put it out to the forum to get more support.
In F1 often teams and drivers cycle the tracks over a race weekend. It’s often featured on the coverage.
It would be great if we could cycle those routes. Tracks like Spa and Silverstone would be great. It could also be tied in to team partnerships with team liveries available to wear, with the featured track being the race for that weekend.
They aren’t considering it, I’m sorry to say. This is what they tell people to blow them off. Zwift doesn’t take course recommendations from the users, or at least has never publicly said they do/will. All new roads are likely planned out well in advance based on certain goals like making the existing worlds bigger and keeping more people together. I wouldn’t expect this to ever materialize unfortunately.
Theoretically they could be done as climb portal type routes.
Most likely these circuits would probably have license arrangements you have to sort out before they can be included. That could make it expensive. They may have exclusivity agreements with certain racing sims already.
What they’ve told you is basically a polite way of fobbing you off.
If anything, people have too much freedom in Watopia already. All those 40,000 users online should be crowded into Road to Sky for the whole week. Then Volcano circuit for the next week. They will love it.
