I made a u-turn in Richmond while going up Governor Street, and the “segment ETA” part of the HUD still thought I was approaching the end of the UCI route…though the remaining distance kept going up.
Did I just miss them, or are there no start markers for the Richmond Reverse KOMs and sprints?

Thanks for the report. We’ve been able to reproduce this u-turn issue and it’s on the to-do list.
Awaiting feedback on the start marker question.
I rode Richmond reverse yesterday and all start markers were there. Some a little hard to see, but there. I’m on Apple TV, if that helps.
