Richmond Park - Add Fenton

Surrey Hills is a real fiddler’s elbow, it’s hard to keep a group ride tight there’s hardly any flat sections.

BUT we go through Richmond Park twice, but there’s no specific/notable features to ask riders to regroup up on.

Can we add a Labrador? Ideally towards Keith Hill end of the section.
