Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Usually when artwork textures don’t load properly, uninstalling the Zwift app and re-installing can clear it up. Here’s how. Before you re-install, though, please work through the steps below.
I looked at your server logs for clues and I’m seeing other things that are working against you.
It looks like your preferred Zwifting device is a recent-model iPad? It’s on a very outdated OS version 18.3.2. Apple Support has instructions to update to iOS 26.1.
Now you can re-install Zwift. Any time Apple updates the OS - they roll back permissions for each app to stricter default settings. This means Bluetooth won’t work until you re-enable it. The simplest way to do that is to re-install Zwift and say yes to all the prompts asking for permissions.
Lastly - I’m seeing you log in from an iPhone. Simultaneous logins create all sorts of easily avoidable problems. We recommend you uninstall the main Zwift app from anything other than your preferred Zwifting computer.
