Thanks for sending your logs! The more data we gather on a bug the faster we can fix it!
I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with Zwift. While I would like to credit your account for the missing progress, I won’t be able to do so due to technical limitations (we don’t have an admin tool)."
Sorry, but I would not call it investigation…
Hi Milan,
This is an issue on our radar. While I don’t have a specific timeline of when this will be fixed, logs will help our QA and dev team identify the source of the problem.
