the springs at the back of my cassette have come loose and have been told by local bike repair shop to replace the whole unit. does zwift offer this. please help as the cassette just freely spins at the moment [cant upload image]

It sounds like you need a new freehub. That is the mechanical thing that the cog is mounted on. How you get it replaced depends on which trainer you have. If it’s a Zwift Hub, email support@zwift.com and wait for a response. (Don’t keep following up the email or your request may be delayed more.) If it’s some other trainer, contact the manufacturer.
