I wanted to share my recent experience with the Zwift Ride frame and see if others have faced similar issues.
I ordered the Zwift Ride frame and, unfortunately, when it arrived, the chain ring was bent. Even when turning by hand, it either got stuck (when it came into contact with another part of the frame) and made it impossible to turn further, or the chain would fall off due to bending.
Zwift support was fantastic about it and quickly sent out a replacement frame.
However, to my surprise, the replacement arrived with the exact same issue—another bent chain sprocket!
I’m now waiting on my third frame and really hoping this one comes undamaged.
For context, I’m located in the Czech Republic, and the shipments have all come via Fedex. I’m not sure if the issue is happening at the Zwift warehouse, during shipping, or maybe due to how the product is packaged or stored.
Has anyone else had similar problems with the Zwift Ride frame, especially with damaged parts on arrival? Is this just really bad luck, or is it a recurring problem?
Would be great to hear about your experiences or any advice on what else I could try. Thanks!
